Staci knew she was destined for a real estate career when she purchased her first home at age 22, falling in love with the agent lifestyle as much as the prospect of selling properties. When she finally pursued it, she took advantage of her communications degree to gain a leg up over her competition by skillfully connecting with her target clients. Staci broadens her versatility by relying on her mortgage industry background and general contractor license to advise on the financial aspects of a transaction and a property’s integrity. And her personal experience in buying and selling many homes has nurtured her ability to stay attuned to the market and current trends that could make or break a deal. Staci’s commitment to excellence, clear focus, and follow-through might seem like additional perks to some clients, but they’re simply Staci’s natural qualities. Originally from Monroe, Washington, Staci lives in Snohomish with her husband and four sons. Her interests beyond real estate range from “motherhood things,” such as volunteering at her kids’ schools, to cooking, baking, fitness, and pursuing good health.
